I currently lead strategic sourcing at TD Bank, managing a $100M+ CAD spend portfolio within one of the country's most stringently regulated environments. Prior to this, I transformed vendor operations at Indigo, building an onboarding platform for 3,000+ suppliers and delivering $2.6M in fiscal savings in just eight months.
